Before registering, downloading, or using ABSOLBYTE’s downloadable products, ensure you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms. By using ABSOLBYTE or any other products, you are assumed to have accepted the terms below.

Product Delivery
All our free downloadable products are available for direct download. Paid downloadable products can be downloaded with membership or as single purchases. Paid products are downloadable upon payment confirmation. We accept Paypal, MasterCard, Visa, and other legal payment systems. You must agree to their terms before paying for any membership plans.
Membership details are emailed to you. Your account is typically created after successful payment. In cases of payment failure, manual verification may cause delays of 1 to 24 hours, depending on the situation and investigation needed after fraud alerts.
Our system may retain all downloads made by premium members.
Product Compatibility/Updates
Our templates, components, and modules are designed to work on standalone Joomla or WordPress sites. They are compatible with the latest CMS versions, but we cannot guarantee older templates will work with future versions. ABSOLBYTE templates support modern web browsers including (but not limited to) Firefox, Safari, Chrome, and Edge.
Paid template updates are available to club members while their subscription is active. Installed templates can still be used after membership expiration.
License
ABSOLBYTE templates and extensions adhere to the GPL license. PHP parts of templates, components, and styles are licensed under the respective GPL license of the parent platform. Clients must purchase ABSOLBYTE products before use. Support, updates, and customer accounts are available only to those who purchase our products.
Uncompiled parts of “Membership” products, including images, CSS, and JavaScript, are protected by copyright/intellectual property law. “Free” templates are released with all aspects covered under GPL and/or MIT licenses.
Modifications
You are permitted to modify any of our products to suit your requirements. However, check our documentation or contact support first for simpler and better ways to achieve what you want.
Unauthorized/Illegal Use
You must not use ABSOLBYTE products for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes, including violating laws in your jurisdiction (including, but not limited to, copyright laws), European Union laws, and international laws. Specifically prohibited uses include promoting violence, terrorism, pornography, racism, vulgar content, or links to warez software.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or use any part of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without explicit written permission from ABSOLBYTE. All copyright notices in template XML data must remain as acquired.
You may not distribute any of our commercial products (templates and components), modified or unmodified, on a CD, website, or any other medium. You do not have the right to offer them for distribution or resale without our prior written consent, especially on platforms like ThemeForest, Template Monster, or similar services. For reseller options, refer to our partner program.
You may not purchase search engine keywords or pay-per-click keywords (e.g., Google AdWords) or domain names using ABSOLBYTE trademarks or variations without our explicit written consent.
ABSOLBYTE Members are responsible for all content posted on ABSOLBYTE.com under their account. We reserve the right to immediately block member accounts for any prohibited behavior.
If you create an account on the ABSOLBYTE website, you are responsible for maintaining its security and are fully responsible for all actions taken under your account. Notify ABSOLBYTE immediately of any unauthorized use or security breaches.
Support
After downloading our product, contact us for support through our support service, and we will endeavor to resolve your issue. Support for templates and extensions is available only to verified customers. Support requests made via email, X, Facebook comments, or any other means are typically redirected to our support service.
If your support requires additional template, module, or plugin modification, you have two options: wait for further product development or hire an expert (we do not provide setup services).

Ownership Rights
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership of any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are the property of ABSOLBYTE. Our products are provided “as is” without any warranties, expressed or implied. Under no circumstances shall our entity be liable for any damages, including (but not limited to) direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

Fraud Prevention
Instant download is available upon registration. However, all customer purchases undergo manual fraud checks and payment system verification. You will receive detailed email notifications regarding your payment. Anti-fraud checks are conducted due to the rise in fraudulent transactions by individuals not actual credit card holders used in purchases. Customer accounts may be temporarily blocked for 24 hours for manual fraud checks or for extended periods for further investigation.
Age Requirements for Product Use
By registering for our products, you declare that you are 18 years or older, have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, or have legal consent from parents or guardians, and are fully capable of accepting the terms and conditions described here. Our products are not intended for children. If you are under 13, please do not use our products.
Price Changes and Discounts
ABSOLBYTE reserves the right to change or terminate subscriptions (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice.
One discount at a time: We offer discounts on our products in various situations. Only one discount can be applied to a product/subscription at a time. For instance, if a current discount is applied during a “Black Friday” event, you can use only that recent discount rate during your subscription renewal. Therefore, in this example, you cannot use both renewal and irregular discounts simultaneously. (Typically, irregular discounts are higher than regular ones.) You may use one discount per purchase/subscription.
Guarantee
ABSOLBYTE products are provided “as is” without any warranties, expressed or implied. Each ABSOLBYTE product is guaranteed to function correctly with proper installation, activation, and configuration in the latest stable version of Joomla or WordPress dedicated to the template. ABSOLBYTE does not and cannot guarantee compatibility with any third-party plugins, due to the vast number of modules, components, and plugins available. Ensure your browsers work with templates, as we cannot guarantee ABSOLBYTE.com templates will work with all browser combinations.
Under no circumstances shall ABSOLBYTE be liable for any damages, including (but not limited to) direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
We do not have licenses to provide standard images and some True Type fonts (TTF), which may be used in any or all templates provided. You must own them or purchase them from respective owners.
Digital product refunds are not provided, except in some cases. For more information, refer to our refund policy.
