Our team will promptly assist you upon receipt of your report. For damaged extensions or templates, we will require a link or screenshot of the issue for our support service.
Refunds for digital products will only be considered if:
The product is completely non-functional.
You’ve opened a support ticket on our Helpdesk and received no response within 48 business hours.
The product’s main description was significantly misleading.
ABSOLBYTE reserves the right to decline refunds in the following cases:
Change of mind about an item/subscription.
Mistaken purchase where the product was sent or downloaded.
Purchase made by an unauthorized person using your payment method.
Refusal to grant access to your website for support investigation.
More than 15 days have passed since purchase without a support ticket raised on ABSOLBYTE Helpdesk.
No refunds for items purchased at a discounted price, including special promotions/discounts.
Additionally:
Renewals or upgrades are non-refundable.
Refunds, if approved, may take up to 15 business days from the payment date.
Account cancellations do not qualify for refunds.
Refunded premium products cannot be used further.
If a product remains defective after updates, the refund may be adjusted based on its diminished value.
